Property layouts for Epstein's personal tropical island among the released materials.
Furthermore featured in this new image disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, located in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had created plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in notations in red and contains a legend detailing distinct parts of the property.
Alongside this are what seem to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
Further documentation disclosed as part of the current investigative disclosure.
